At T-Town Roofing We Build Every Roof to Meet & Exceed Industry Standards…
• Surface Preparation…
When removing the existing roof, the decking boards are often stressed and become loose and the nails may in many places be pulled up slightly, our highly-trained crews & supervisors ensure that all loose decking boards are nailed down properly, all old nails are refastened, and all bad decking is replaced to ensure the best surface to work with.
• Starter Row…
Using a pre-cut leave/rake starter strip helps lock your shingles in place to help prevent blow-off and potentials leaks. You will also notice visibly straighter roof edges because there is no cutting involved.
• Repair / Replacement of Any Broken, Defective, or Rotted Decking…
We take pride in our quality and workmanship. When replacing your roof, we take the steps necessary to make sure your roof has a nailable surface. While most roofing companies charge for deck repair, we have a “no charge policy” on the repair and/or replacement up to $500.00. That’s up to 180 lf or 1x’s or up to 9 sheets of 4x8 plywood! But don’t stress! The majority of homes we come across do not exceed the $500.00 threshold.
• Ice & Water Shield…
This product is a peel-and-stick rubber mat that we lay in all the valleys and other areas that could present a problem such as low slope areas of your roof where ice, snow, and water may try to find a way into your home. This ensures that your home is protected from unwanted leaks, even in the most extreme of weathers.
• Proper Ventilation…
This is necessary to prolong the life of your roof and for the Manufacturer’s warranty.
• Proper Oversight and Inspections by our Field Supervisors…
We have a crew chief on every jobsite while the project is in progress, in addition we have field supervisors that oversee every project and inspect every project upon completion to ensure workmanship to our standards and complete customer satisfaction.
• Reconnection of All HVAC Pipes…
This is vital to ensure that carbon monoxide is not leaking into your home!
• Unmatched clean up & debris removal…
It is our goal to leave your property cleaner than it was before we started! Our crews & field supervisors run nail-magnets over your property, clean any debris from your gutters to ensure proper water flow, blow and/or sweep off any excess debris from your new roof, properly protect your AC unit(s) and any landscaping you may have to prevent damage.
